Well, standing in one place for nearly 6 hours to make 1 part may sound like fun, although my feet had other ideas.
With over 100 parts, the MGF project would take nearly a year and a half to complete. So I looked into purchasing a CNC mill that was up to the task and found them to be well above my budjet.
That's when I made the decision to upgrade my own machine to CNC (Computer Numeric Control), with a bit f a difference. Where mine would use brushless motors instead of stepper motors. Normally brushless motors are hard to control, especially for accurate position control and holding that position.
